Come Home and Eat (Again!) explores the different notions of home and its anxieties, seen through the lens of food. How do we find ourselves and a sense of belonging – in oral myths, eating trends, passed-down recipes, rising food prices, in the kitchen, and at the dining table?
Using a variety of immersive storytelling forms and told from diverse viewpoints, this devised project was put together between January and April 2023. Come Home and Eat (Again!) features an eclectic ensemble and is presented in collaboration with klpac. This second helping includes a few updates to the production’s content.
This production is presented by Theatresauce, in collaboration with klpac.
What’s next? Theatresauce’s 2024 season, led by new Artistic Director Dhinesha Karthigesu, will take place in the second half of the year. Check out what else Theatresauce is up to on the company’s socials and website.
