Emerging Artists Residency

Listen to the voices of a new generation of performing artists. The Emerging Artists Residency is a 3-month mentorship and development program designed to nurture fresh graduates and aspiring artists in theatre, dance, musical theatre and music. 

Through structured mentorship and cross-disciplinary networking, participants will collaborate, refine their craft, and build essential industry connections. With a focus on supporting new talent and fostering creative exploration, the Emerging Artists Residency provides hands-on experience leading to the first production credit under The Actors Studio Seni Teater Rakyat and klpac Connect, with the support of klpac and Yayasan Sime Darby.

klpac Connect is an access and development initiative supported by Yayasan Sime Darby aimed at improving access to the arts through various amenities and programmes for families with young children, students / schools, persons with disabilities, talents and the general public.
